Website ads will remain on our site for approximately 6 months

 

 

Vendor Row Guidelines

 

v  The $30 required fee allocates a space for one 8-ft. table.  An additional fee will be charged for extra space.  You can only display one line of merchandise per table.  An additional fee will be charged for more than one product line or brand. 

 

v  Only one vendor will be accepted per brand, company, or product line.  For example, we will only permit one cosmetic booth or one jewelry consultant.  If you want a guaranteed spot at The Seams New Kids Sale, register early. 

 

v   You are responsible for your own set up and taking down of your products.  It is your choice if you want to leave your merchandise set up when you are not working your table.  The Seams New Kids Sale and West Kittanning Fire Hall are not responsible for any missing merchandise or property damage on the Vendor Row.

 

v  All products being sold must be new and meet the approval of The Seams New Kids Sale. All items being sold must correspond to our family environment.  We reserve the right to have you remove any items not complying with these guidelines. 

 

v  You may have your table set up to sell your merchandise during any of the hours of the Sale.  You may set up Thursday March 7th between 3:00 – 4:30 prior to the Preview Sale which is from 5:00 - 8:00.  You are invited to shop our Private Preview Sale; it is your choice if you want to be at your table at this time.   

 v  Table spots or placement is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

v  Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times.

 

SUGGESTION:

A great way to help each other would be for vendors to email their customers and update them of their intentions to participate in the vendor row at The Seams New Kids Sale.  It is a great way for all of us to gain new customers!
